Who processes the data

EQHekademia OÜ, registry code 17483439, E. Vilde tee 89-68, 12911 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact for data matters: office@eqhekademia.ee.

What data and why

The "Request a quote" form sends what you enter in it: your name, company, email address and a description of your task. There is one purpose: to reply to your request and prepare an offer.

The legal basis is your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Requests are not used for advertising and are not shared with third parties other than the delivery services listed below.

The hosting provider keeps a technical log of requests (IP address and time) for security.

Who helps deliver your request

  • Vercel Inc. (USA) - website hosting and form processing;
  • Resend (Plus Five Five Inc., USA) - delivery of your request by email to office@eqhekademia.ee;
  • Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc., servers outside the EEA) - a notification about your request to the responsible employee.

Transfers to the USA (Vercel, Resend) are protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Decision 2021/914), which are part of these services' data processing agreements (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR). There is no such agreement with Telegram: your request is transferred to it because this is necessary to respond to your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR). If you do not want your data to reach Telegram, write directly to office@eqhekademia.ee. We will send a copy of the contractual clauses on request.

How long we keep it

No longer than 12 months from our last contact if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, for as long as the contract and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can find out what data about you is stored, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing or object to it: write to office@eqhekademia.ee with the subject "Data". We will reply within 30 days. You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).

Cookies, fonts and visit statistics

The website sets no cookies. Fonts are served by the website itself; no third-party services are used for this.

For visits we collect statistics: the page opened, where the visitor came from and campaign tags (utm), country, device type, operating system and browser. The Umami counter uses no cookies and does not store IP addresses: visits are counted by an anonymous number that changes every month, which cannot identify a visitor or follow them across sites. The data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - understanding which pages and channels work. The counter is our own: it is hosted by Vercel and its statistics database is run by Neon, both in the EU region (Frankfurt).
